This is my second time renting (first time at an apartment and mostly on my own). The move in process was easy and straightforward and the price is really great for the area! Close to public transit which is awesome and the nearby parks and neighborhood are surprisingly quiet! Love my unit and the maintenance guys have been very quick and nice :) my neighbors have been quiet and polite as well. Great experience so far!

its a Very cool place, tons of not owned amenities, 3 nearby restaurants and coffe shoop + lots of activities for kids at both parks and community center.

Love the community, the staff is super friendly especially the manager Genesis is amazing always swilling to help and always with a smile ! they keep up with the place pretty good and I just love it the location is great I just love it here so recommended !
