I also agree this could be a good location, but the property management has no respect for their residents. There is no response to calls or emails. I have lived here over a year and their response rate is less then 20%, even after multiple attempts. I don't know if it is short staffed, incompetence or they simply do not care about their residents concerns, but this is a trend. I have lived in over 12 apartments and although I love the area here, this is by far the worst property management experience I have ever had.

The staff, Michael and Joey, are great to work with. The apartments are fairly nice and the grounds are taken care of. The only issues I have are that the apartments are the loudest I have ever lived in, sound travels really easily between apartments, and the fact that the tenants don't always throw their trash away in appropriate places. I live near a garbage site so the view is terrible when people just throw stuff in by the bins instead of in the bins.

The staff here treats you like family, always greets you when they see you and takes the time to know everyones names. If something is wrong they fix it very quickly. The park next door is great, providing a place to play tennis, basketball, soccer and has a great playground.

Hidden Creek Apartments are one of the best Apartment community in the Hillsboro Area. My family moved here from Las Vegas Nevada 3 months ago. I had not seen the apartment in person and we had 2 months to move. The manager Angie walked me though everything with ease and put all my fears to rest. The community is quiet and Lush, and well maintained. Everything was completed online so the day we pulled in the parking lot, she handed me the keys and we were home! We are close to Orenco station, restaurants, grocery shopping, and the Max line. Everything you need is right here. The rent is very reasonable and my neighbors are very nice. My apartment had new carpet fresh paint and updated Stainless steel appliances, along with a wood burning fireplace, wow what a treat. It is in the heart of a housing community and the only set of apartments. It is a small community and Angie knows every resident by name. Maintenance is on top of everything. I can honestly say we are at home. I have no regrets about choosing Hidden Creek apartments.

Hidden Creek is a beautiful apartment complex. The management is incredible there! Angie, the manager works tirelessly to ensure that every tenant has the best possible living experience. When we had maintenance requests or things come up, she would immediately take care of them, but more importantly make sure we were doing okay and that we were pleased. Never before have I seen a manager care so much about each individual tenant and their happiness. Management is an A+. Included below are pros and cons of living at Hidden Creek Pros -- - The apartments have a lot of natural light, so much so that you don't even need to turn your lights on until it's dark outside. - The apartments have central lighting fixtures on the ceiling, so you don't need to buy any lamps (a surprising amount of apartments in the Portland area do not have central lighting) - Management and maintenance want you to have the best experience. They quickly take care of requests. - Right next to 53rd Ave. Park, a wonderful park with a playground, water feature, soccer fields, tennis courts, and more. Great for families. - Tucked away in a quiet area of Hillsboro that is still close to everything. Near Costco, restaurants, Max stations, etc. - Apartments are spacious with lots of storage Cons-- - It can get noisy there. Walls and ceilings are so thin that you can hear the specific words your neighbors are speaking. We felt like we had to whisper in our apartment. Overall, Hidden Creek is a great place to live. If you're okay with hearing your neighbors or your neighbors hearing you, the pros definitely outweigh the cons of the beautiful apartment complex that is managed very well.

I've never had to live in an apartment before but so far my experience has been great. Overall it's a nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. All the other tenants I've come into contact with have been super friendly. The apartment manager is great. She makes sure all tenants are happy. There's no gap in communication when needed .

Hidden Creek Apartment Homes was a real find for me. The location is beautiful, the property is in a quiet setting. This place is so quiet that it almost feels like a standalone home rather than an apartment unit. The property is very clean and kept up. The location is incredible with so many things within a short walking or driving distance including Trimet MAX stop and several restaurants, Starbucks, and New Seasons. Office team is almost always available by phone, or walk-in for questions, especially Angie the property manager. She will answer all your questions promptly and honestly. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment complexes and this is the best one and she is the number one reason why. There are numerous long term residents and they stay because of her. Future residents of Hidden Creek, if you are planning to sign a lease for Hidden Creek do so. You will find a very pleasant staff. The maintenance team has a very can do attitude and always goes out of there way, you will find that they take care of their tenants very well and do not cut corners. You will find the leasing office to have a very positive atmosphere, willing and capable of dealing with any problems that may arise. I’ve been a tenant for 2 years and have had a great experience thus far with no expectations of anything, but better experiences to come. I am so happy I found Hidden Creek.

I've lived here for 14 years, and it's a nice small apartment community. The amenities are basic but the prices are competitive, and the area is really great with quick access to the train, parks, and local businesses. Angie (the manager) and Roberto (maintenance) do a great job holding things down in times of chaos...which happen slightly more often than I'd like. But that's life. The property has the worst luck with its vendors who come in to do repairs or other regular property tasks. On the plus side these tasks are scheduled as they should be and *usually* enough notice is given to residents that they aren't a surprise. On the minus side, I'd need more than two hands to count the times that an outside vendor screwed up or was late, and Angie and Roberto had to make it all right. Which I should note, they always do, with aplomb. Recently we had an incident where a washing machine broke in an apartment above ours and water leaked into the whole building. We were at the bottom of the chain of random accidental nightmares, and a 5 day repair dragged out to 14 days. When the restoration crew dragged out the repair process, Angie and Roberto managed the situation well and made sure we were happy, and even fixed some things the other guys messed up. The apartments get a bit warm in the summer but it's easily fixed with a small portable air conditioner and judicious use of the trickle vents in the windows. The layout of our unit is very nice and spacious, with good storage flexibility, and the breezeways offer a nice layer of extra privacy. I don't ever hear our next door neighbors, and only occasionally get a little sound from above. The unit has individually zoned heating which is really nice and saves on arguments about what the thermostat should be set to. The vinyl flooring and tile entryway are wonderful, and the showers get warm fast. I wish they had better luck with their outside service vendors, but that's how the world is sometimes. Without the capable management of these situations, it'd be a much bigger disaster and I'd probably have a hole in my wall by now.

Angie has been an exceptional property manager and has assisted us greatly during our 2.5 years stay. We are young and the community isn’t family oriented which makes for a friendly neighborhood. Angie has helped us from the very beginning with a streamlined move in and ensuring our apartment was clean and ready. Angie, Roberto, and Jeremy (previous maintenance man) assisted us greatly during issues with repair. I highly recommend this neighborhood for its friendly staff and neighborhood at a reasonable price.

I have never had any problem with maintenance, they always fix things right away and give notice of anything that needs to be done on-site. I have had a wonderful experience living at Hidden Creek Apartments in Hillsboro, Oregon. I've lived at several apartment complexes prior to this one and have had a series of unfortunate events. At Hidden Creek in Hillsboro, I have had such a great experience with the management; specifically Angie has been extremely helpful with our move from California. She has definitely went above and beyond to assure that we have had a smooth move in process. Also, the maintenance team; specifically Roberto, is always quick and effective to resolve any issues we encounter. Both of these staff members are such sweethearts, I honestly haven't experienced such kindness from other apartment complexes. The neighborhood is quiet, everyone is friendly, the parks nearby are perfect for children, and it is about a 10 min walk to the MAX line. I have a lot of medical issues so its nice that Kaiser pharmacy and the Kaiser lab are walking distance. My roommate is currently obsessed with the sushi restaurant in the same plaza. The Coyote Bar & Grill is a very friendly, chill, and accessible night out with friends for a few drinks after work/school. Compared to many other apartments, living here has definitely made me feel safe and secure. Also, the staff does a great job making sure the apartment grounds is cleaned up and presentable.

Since moving in, we've been nothing but satisfied with our housing. The staff have been very friendly from day one along with all of the neighbors that we have met, so far. We've always been paranoid about sound travel in apartment complexes, but have yet to hear anything from our neighbors other than front doors occasionally closing. We've been here for 7 months and it almost feels like we have no adjacent neighbors. Coming from a noisy college town previously, this is really nice. Partway through our lease, we decided to upgrade +1 bedroom and bring in another roommate. The process was simple and we are even happier with the new apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable to live in. We still don't really hear any noteworthy sounds from neighbors. When we first moved in, we were worried about parking due to the size of the parking lot, but we haven't actually had any issues with it. There are almost always a handful of public spots open here and there after the standard work hours. There are also paid covered spots which are cheap enough to be worth it. Worst case scenario, you park on the adjacent street and walk an extra 30 seconds. That street is actually adjacent to half of the apartment rooms, so it is definitely not an issue on the rare occasion that it happens. There is also a nice park adjacent to the other side of the complex that is great for walks and family/friend festivities. Overall, we are very satisfied and have no plans of moving out any time soon.

Today the bark dust people came and sprayed new bark dust...we got no notice to prepare so dust filtered in windows and vents...into air conditioner and computers....spent two hours with vacuum and damp cloths wiping up fine layer of dust...usually manager gives a notice so hopefully we will get one next time...otherwise we enjoy living here
